Fees are non-refundable Books, MP3 disc and placement test are non-refundable Cancellations and amendments required 48 hours notice (applicable for "Private lessons" only ) Lessons are not transferable to other students Minimum 2 lessons per day. At least 5 students required to open and run a group For group class, students will lose their lessons if they are absent from their regular class. For a flexible course, the school will keep lessons that they cannot join but the price will be higher 50%.
